At Shootup Career we want every learner to have a transparent experience. This policy explains how refunds work for all our programs.

01Refund eligibility

We offer a 100% refund if requested within 3 days of purchase, subject to:

• Refund requested within 3 days of purchase
• Less than 10% of course content completed (recorded courses)
• No more than 1 live mentorship session attended

02Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available if:

• The 3-day refund window has passed
• You have fully consumed or downloaded the course materials
• You have attended multiple live sessions
• You have violated our Terms & Conditions or shared materials without authorisation

03How to request a refund

Email us with subject "Refund Request" including:

• Your full name
• Email address used at enrollment
• Course or program name
• Reason for refund (optional)

04Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
